What is your return policy? -Customized items from Kathy’s Kreations are final sale due to the personalized nature of monogram items. Blank items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit and 20% restocking fee. Customers are to cover all shipping cost.
Can I exchange an item? -We do not offer exchanges because of the limited quantities or merchandise. We suggest placing a new order for any items you want and follow the return policy above.
Where is the store? -We are located in Irmo, SC in the Irmo Village Shopping Center. We are open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 3pm. Please note that we are CLOSED Sundays and Mondays. If you want to visit us our address is 7591 St. Andrews Road.
I want to place a bulk order, do you offer discounts? -Of course! Everyone has a different idea of a bulk order, so please contact us with the quantity and item you are looking for. We will also need to know what you are planning to put on the items.
